What I do
I own an AI video from the brief to delivery: the AI generation, the edit in DaVinci Resolve, adapting it to every aspect ratio, and handing it over.
Why a PM does this
Making the work by hand keeps me close to what creative teams need from their tools: where generation helps, where it gets in the way, and what still needs a human eye.
